Captain Tucker

With a life-long passion for the sea and an impressive track record in competitive angling, Tucker Ersek has carved a niche for himself in the world of sport fishing. Born and raised on the Florida coast, Tucker has been employed as a freelance fishing mate or captain since he was 11 years old. Instructed by some of the best fisherman at marinas in the Florida Keys, Tucker’s passion for fishing has grown into a skyrocketing career.

Tucker has consistently proven his skills in a variety of fishing tournaments and competitions. Within the past year alone, Tucker has accumulated titles including 1st Place Winner Daily and 2nd Place Overall at the Sailfish Classic, 1st Place at Bonefish Bonnie’s and 3rd Place Overall at the 2024 Reef Cup. Additionally, while recently captaining a private charter in Key Largo, Tucker led a group to catch a record 65 sailfish in one day.

Captain Reef

Reef Ersek was destined for a life at sea, even before he was born. Named for his family's deep love of fishing and the ocean, Reef grew up in the same household where fishing was the number one passion. Just like his brother Tucker, Reef eats, sleeps, and breathes fishing.

Reef has been fishing with Tucker since he was born, and they still fish together often. Growing up in a vibrant fishing community, Reef developed an unwavering passion for the sport. Every day not spent on the water is dedicated to honing his skills and finding new ways to outdo the competition.

Reef spends his days captaining the Fish Whisperer charter boat, applying his expertise to ensure the best possible experience for his clients every day.
